The Challenge

Demonstrate marine audio and lighting using one control panel.

The Process

BestBuy designed and sourced the fixture from Xcel, and separately tasked Ascentic with the electronics. A graphical touch panel was chosen for its versatile layout and clear labeling.

The Experience

A four foot fixture presents marine audio products including a head unit, one active amplifier, sound bars, speakers and subwoofers, plus two high output light options. The control interface is a TouchSelect panel with LED indicators behind a graphic overlay.

Lights along the top are selectable on the control pad, as well as speakers and subwoofers.
The TS22 touch panel presents a slim footprint with plenty of real estate for clear labeling.
